Risk disclosure

Read this before you invest

Gold-backed tokens and staking programs carry risk. This page is general information only and is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

This is not a bank product

Digital Bullion tokens are not bank deposits. They are not covered by the Financial Claims Scheme or any government guarantee. Staking rewards are a promotional feature of the program, not interest paid by a bank, and they are not risk-free.

Key risks

  • Gold price risk. The dollar value of your holding moves with the gold price and can fall as well as rise.
  • Reward risk. Promotional staking rates are not guaranteed. They can change, and they are limited by available gold supply.
  • Liquidity risk. Staked tokens are locked for the term. Early-unlock options and conditions are set out in your agreement.
  • Counterparty and custody risk. The product depends on Ozz Metals Ltd and its arrangements for sourcing, holding, and redeeming gold. Ask for the current custody, allocation, and audit information.
  • Regulatory risk. The regulatory treatment of tokenised assets is evolving. Confirm the current licensing and registration status before investing.

Past performance and estimates

Past performance and promotional rates are not a reliable indicator of future results. Any figures on this site, including the reward calculator, are estimates that are general in nature. The calculator assumes the gold price is flat and does not account for changes in the gold price over the term.
