We keep this simple and collect only what we need. This policy covers the Digital Bullion website. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your first and last name, email, mobile phone, how you heard about us, and whether you want an onboarding session or more information. We do not collect identity documents or financial details on this website.
Why we collect it
To send you the explainer, to give you a link to book a call, and to contact you about Digital Bullion. We do not sell your information.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored in our own contact system and used to email you and to schedule your call through our booking tool. Identity verification (KYC and AML) happens later, during onboarding, in Ozz Metals Ltd's own system, not here.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then remove them.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email gold@digitalbullion.gold. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-first, cookieless website analytics that do not track you across sites. Any change to this will be reflected here.
